Freeman's Announcement

Freeman's Announcement is a Quest Item obtained during the Hidden Exploration Objective Ideals Bloom at the Rainbow's Treasure from a Huge Shell in the water southeast of Fort Charybdis Ruins, Morte Region, Fontaine.

To obtain Freeman's treasure, light the unlit torch placed against the hull of "The Rusty Rudder," and extinguish the torches next to Chambelland, by the cave entrance and on the tavern's pier.

He was once wrongly accused and, as he was about to be thrown into prison, saved by the selfless members of the press.
Thanks to the honorable ladies' arguments, Freeman was freed.
As his benefactor Euphrasie said:
"Truth is always marching onward, and nothing can stop it."
He has been continuing and waiting. Waiting for those who will carry on his ideals.
