Liam's Ballad

Liam's Ballad is a Quest Item obtained during the Hidden Exploration Objective Ideals Bloom at the Rainbow's Treasure from an underwater Huge Shell north of the Sealed Ruined Tower. It can also be obtained directly by defeating the Treasure Hoarder at the treasure chest location.
