For the past two years, I've refused to take a day off on my birthday, always claiming I had duties to attend to.

This year, however, the Knights of Favonius issued a formal notice: I must rest. And once they tallied up all my unused leave, it became quite the extended vacation.

So here I am, standing atop a cliff in Natlan, taking in the scenery, when I should, by all rights, be on patrol. I'm also waiting for a certain Gliding Champion from Mondstadt who's still circling above and refuses to come down.

Yes, you guessed it. Amber dragged me along on this trip. She said she was nervous about going so far and wanted me to come with her, yet somehow, she's the one enjoying herself the most. She even keeps checking if I'm eating well and sleeping comfortably... Honestly. As if I'm the one who needs looking after.
