- The name of this achievement is a reference to Reynard the Fox, an anthropomorphic red fox, trickster figure mentionned in several medieval tales.
- Renart is the French equivalent of Reynard but is also the old spelling of the French word renard "fox."
- The French name of the achievement is a reference to Moi Renart's opening, a cartoon of the 80's about a fox named Renart going to Paris to scam people.
