To help you navigate the land of Teyvat more smoothly, the "Hilichurl Support Group" is once again open!
Whether you're a budding new Traveler who doesn't know where to start, an experienced Traveler looking to improve to challenge more difficult levels, or an avid Traveler who is willing to share your gaming experiences, you can join a team to help one another.
The theme of this issue is "Characters." You can ask questions regarding "Characters" according to your playing experience or answer other Travelers' questions about it. Travelers who actively participate will have the opportunity to win merchandise!

How to Participate
Questioner: Publish a post under the topic #Help to ask questions about characters based on your gameplay experience, e.g., artifact or weapon choice for a certain character, which characters to use for a certain floor of the Spiral Abyss, etc.
Responder: Reply to other Traveler's posts under the #Help topic to share your corresponding solutions.
Fulfill one of the two conditions above to validate your participation and get a chance to win merchandise rewards!
P.S.: Even if the Support Group is not available, you can always use the topic #Help to ask questions about the game. We also welcome experienced Travelers to help answer these queries!
Event Rewards
I will randomly select 20 winners from the questioners to give them a dessert-themed Slime keychain set (each set contains three random designs). I will also choose the 20 most outstanding responders to gift them an Azhdaha cushion.
During the event, the 5 participants who have answered the most questions in total will receive a Paimon 1/7 Scale Figure.
Notes
- The following situations will be considered invalid participation:
- The content of the post or the comments violates Community Rules, or plagiarized, or misappropriated content from other authors.
- Publishing content unrelated to the theme of the event, content that contain any form of advertising, and those which seek to spread malicious rumors or discredit the game and its characters.
- After the list of winners is announced, if the winner deletes the winning post or reply, the winner will be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited their prize.
- Posts with the same content may not be submitted repeatedly.
- The selection of the most outstanding responders will be based on the quality of their response and their enthusiasm for participation.
- The total number of responders' replies is calculated based on the number of posts they replied to. Multiple responses to the same post will be considered as a single response. If several responders have the most number of answers at the end of the event, responders out of the aforementioned group will be randomly selected to receive the prize.
- Each HoYoLAB account can win only one merchandise prize during the event.
