A hanging lamp in the assembly hall. Can be pulled down using the Prime Ice Construct: Grappling Gun.
While the Grappling Gun is deployed, lamps will remain in their respective positions until the Gun is removed.

Of course, you can also use the Prime Ice Construct: Grappling Gun to pull hanging lamps closer together. However, if the Grappling Gun is removed as this happens, the hanging lamps will start swinging.
