Tutorial/Dual-Phase Neverlight Cells and Dual-Phase Everlight Cells

Dual-Phase Neverlight Cells are receivers for Primal Beams. Compared to normal Neverlight Cells, these require two Primal Beams fired from two Everlight Cells to activate.
There exist similar Dual-Phase Everlight Cells that can fire two Primal Beams simultaneously.
