Can receive energy from Xenochromatic Ball Octopuses and convert it into stored energy that can then be fired in the direction a character is facing when the energy flow is interrupted.
The Potential Energy Orb challenges usually exist alongside golden signs that can detect the presence of characters. Only when a character stands next to the golden sign will the targeting reticle for the Potential Energy Orb appear.
