Character introduction

Da Wei is a self-insert character of Liu Wei, who is CEO, director and founder of miHoYo and has the highest popularity and is the most public figure facing the game player publicly.

In video games, he will appear as a bald guy in a vest suit with a red cravat and his face have 伟 (Wei) text.

Da Wei usually can be found in major livestreams of Houkai Gakuen 2, as well as being guest character in Honkai Impact 3rd which can be found in certain events.

Da Wei's Ambassador Pose

He was known with his infamous Ambassador Pose^[1] during certain stories, especially Houkai Gakuen 2 x Girls' Frontline livestream thumbnail on Bilibili's channel featuring his Ambassador Pose.

• His Ambassador Pose returns in Honkai Impact 3rd when player enters specific miHoYo HQ stage.

Summer 2017: Da Wei at miHoYo HQ

Players can found Da Wei in miHoYo HQ stage where you have to guard his seat against enemies moving into his room.

Players can bully Da Wei at that stage and he will say "Please, don't hit me!!". If players successfully bullied him, he will drop an EP pack to the ground.

Summer 2018: Unemployed Da Wei

In summer 2018, miHoYo HQ got bought out by Bronya and Da Wei can be found unemployed after 2 hours since he received the phone call.

Spring 2019: New Year chat room

Da Wei as chibi can be found at the front door of villa in New Year styled chat room, players can come then receive his red packets everyday.

• His red packet has a unique chibi head of him instead of the regular Homu one.

Tears of Themis

Unlike Houkai Gakuen 2 or Honkai Impact 3rd, Liu Wei uses his real name and wearing a green cravat instead of a red one in Tears of Themis. He is known for working as a Senior Counsel at Baldr Law Firm.

Genshin Impact

Unusual Hilichurl is a mythical creature that can be found across Teyvat of Genshin Impact, it wears a vest suit with red cravat, having an unusual face with 伟 (Wei) text and a hat with a pyro slime on top of it.

This Unusual Hilichurl is not aggressive unlike other Hilichurls and only gets angry then starts to attack travelers if they attack this creature first.

• When this creature starts attacking, it will bring a suitcase and either toss a giant Homu, Primogems or Cabbages at the traveler.
• Sometimes it will try to use a suitcase and hit the enemy.
• If it loses in a fight, it will escape through the suitcase and will spawn at another location after a certain amount of time.
