Fenghuang Down is a signature weapon used by Fu Hua, all the truth and falsehoods caused by Fenghuang Down are hard to distinguish. The intensity of the attack, the damage caused... Every details are able convinces the enemy's brain. If the conscious of an enemy thinks it's dead then the body is just a breathing corpse.

Trivia

Despite the name of the weapon in English client of HI3 being called "Fenghuang Down” as in the down feathers of a Fenghuang (reverse translation to Chinese: 凤凰絨), the weapon name appeared in the game is "羽渡尘 (Plume Crossing Dust)", meaning “Dust-Crossing Plume/Feather.”
Fenghuang Down is possibly an opposite of Phoenix Down which able to revive any KO-ed characters, while Fenghuang Down will convince an alive person as "already dead".
