King of the Water is a unique melee weapon which can be obtained from rare ranked event and is used by many top players due to its unique debuff. It was also used along with Devil Breaker Ultra skill as a fodder to deliver more deadly debuff to enemies.

Although the first skill effect is similar to Vulnerable effect, its skill is actually a different debuff therefore will multiply with Vulnerable effect and have a separate timer.

Dropped from ranked event.
Later can be found as one of item in time-limited event.
