Rh- is a unique item which by default will have very high HP recovery and activating alternative mode will gain massive amount of All Damage and Attack speed at the cost of deduce HP to 1 and reduce Evasion Rate by 100%

Trivia

Reduce Evasion Rate by 100% means impossible to evade regardless of other Evasion amount.
When having 1 HP, players can choose using Shield, Withstand or Protection buff to tank enemy damage. Certain skills on some characters allows permanent Damage Reduction increase with low HP which means players can have more Effective Shield Points.
When owned Murata Himeko and activated "Emergency Shield", using this spray allows users to instantly gain 100% Shield on all characters, making 1 HP tanking much easier.
