Soul Summoner - Rae is a unique spray appeared in Bloodline collab that can double the damage and provides significant amount of Attack Speed.

The spray can provides up to 120% "unique" damage buff and 84% Attack Speed at maxed condition.
To avoid the second skill "Requiem" from losing souls when dealing non-crit hits, use Balor - Second Eye which can provides 100%+ Crit Rate.
