Character introduction
In the "Poem of Wind and Color" in Houkai Gakuen 2 Newborn chapter, Wendy, the Herrscher of the Wind, officially appeared in the game for the first time, possessing the ability to control the wind. It is suspected that the 4th Herrscher was born in New Zealand, but in Schicksal's record, she was killed by Ninti Apokalypse and Shigure Kira, and Otto mentioned that Wendy was an "unobserved Herrscher", and there are many doubts. She may be the 6th Herrscher who escaped detection and was just born.
She appeared when Sirin was resurrected by Schicksal, and met her after defeating the Schicksal. Wendy believed that she was Sirin's partner but was rejected by her. After telling the truth about the Herrscher, Sirin went wild, opening the imaginary space to escape, and Wendy took advantage of the chaos and fled.

When the Schicksal was conducting the resurrection experiment on Sirin, the Second Herrscher, Wendy rushed to the experiment site after sensing the breath of the Herrscher's companion. The sudden Herrscher appearance made the Schicksal unexpected. Kallen Kaslana led her troops to fight, but suffered heavy casualties under Wendy's ability. Theresa Apokalypse and Maria Schariac also led the troops to arrive, but Wendy dismissed them and went straight to Otto's laboratory.
Because Wendy was too swift, Otto had no time to use the insurance measures against the Herrscher, and Wendy wasn't interested in Otto. Her target was only the newly resurrected Sirin, but Sirin stubbornly denied her own Herrscher identity. Wendy thought that she was her partner but was rejected by Sirin. After Wendy confided the truth, it caused Sirin to run wild, opening the imaginary space, Sirin disappeared in the imaginary space, and the Schicksal fell into chaos, Wendy took advantage of the chaos to leave and disappear.
The missing Wendy wandered around the world, but didn't cause any damage. Instead, she often went to Elshout in the Netherlands to find her first human friend, Totori, the "Little Sparrow". Wendy, who has no common sense, understands humans little by little under Tortori's teaching.
Although the two are commensurate as partners, in the final analysis, the Herrscher are always different from human beings. Their moody personality and arbitrary behavior may cause huge disasters. Totori's fundamental goal is to contain Wendy. To save Totori from Wendy, Cocolia chooses to start a battle, and takes Totori away from the Herrscher. However, in Wendy's eyes, it seemed to be just a sudden hide-and-seek. She easily broke through the defense line, set off a gust of wind to overturn the obstacle, and took Ninti straight away from Tortori. To prevent Wendy from continuing to cause damage, Tortori resolutely stopped in front of Wendy. Under her plea, Wendy stopped chasing like a child who had been missed. She fluttered her wings unhappily, and flew away from the area after leaving a warning to Totori.

After the battle between the Atlantic Schicksal and the Alliance, Wendy came here to find Totori, and happened to meet Seruti, an Artificial Herrscher who was with Totori. Although Wendy saw that Seruti was running out of time at a glance, Tortori still planned to extend Seruti's life through isolate Houkai power. When Totori went to the hospital to search for equipment, the two met Theresa and Situ Qinghong who had come to look for Seruti. At the same time, the city broke out due to Wendy's and Situ tried to stop Wendy. Although Situ's attack couldn't hurt Wendy, Wendy had to go to the sky to stop Anti-Entropy's fleet due to the order from the Houkai consciousness.

Wendy quickly defeated the Allied Coalition Fleet and easily cracked the combined attacks of Femirins, Ninti, and Bronya, and continued to fight unharmed in her second form even after being hit directly by the God of War railgun. Due to the constant urging from the Houkai consciousness, Wendy launched a massacre on the fleet, and Raiden Mei could no longer use the God-killing armor to confront Wendy, who turned a blind eye to the sacrifice. Because Wendy couldn't solve the battle quickly, Wendy, who was worried that she couldn't complete the Houkai order, became more anxious, but at this time Jyahnar told her that the "God" order was not mandatory. Taking advantage of Wendy's delay, the Moonlight Throne fled to the space station. Angry Wendy wiped out all the remaining United Fleet. Since the Herrscher's energy level has reached the level of destroying the world, a Houkai "dead spot" appeared in the sky, and Wendy who was lacking in interest also left.
