Chapter V/5-2

Theresa says to Kiana that a decision must be made against the 2nd Herrscher for swift action since the Herrscher is heading towards the tower for the Honkai energy to complete her awakening. Kiana is curious and asks what is that "Tower" is for. Theresa answers that the "Tower" is a massive research base known as Babylon Labs built by Schicksal that houses most of the latest technologies and it is the world's only massive-scale Honkai reactor. This is why the Herrscher must be stopped before she absorbs the energy, otherwise the whole world cannot stop her.

After hearing that, Kiana recalls the conversation in the dream at Selene about the 2nd Honkai War against the 2nd Herrscher which took place in Siberia in year 2000, where her mom was killed in battle. She asks Theresa about Cecilia Schariac's involvement in war to which she denies as she had just given birth a year ago and is on maternity leave. However, Overseer Otto Apocalypse might deploy her if they cannot stop the Herrscher. Kiana requests Theresa to not tell Siegfried about Kiana being her daughter as it might complicate matters to which she agrees.
