Energy is an item in Honkai Impact 3rd. Energy is used to get more Asterite when refining materials. Using Energy during Asterite conversion will give a bonus of 100% Asterite. Energy required is equal to 90% of the base Asterite cost.

Energy cannot recover after it is maxed.
