Husk - Nihilius (Memorial Arena)
Last updated 2026-04-30
This article is about the Memorial Arena boss. For the Archive entry, see Husk - Nihilius.

Boss Description
It briefly appeared in the imaginary fractures and suspected to be a creation of the Imaginary Tree. During its presence, multiple instances of broken buildings being restored and rain backflowing were observed in Nagazora. Its origin, structure, and behavior pattern remain great mysteries.

Boss Attributes
Skill descriptions are shared across all Memorial Arena brackets. But the exact boss stats are (vastly) different across brackets.

SSS Rank
- Spacetime Inversion: After taking certain DMG, Husk - Nihilius transfers the target to the Imaginary Space.
Hint: Destroy all imaginary gears when you first enter the Imaginary Space and crush the Temporal Shadow's hit shield when you reenter to break free from the space and obtain 10s of improved Ignore Interrupt plus an SP pack. - Imaginary Force Field: Husk - Nihilius summons the Imaginary Force Field when the battle starts and transfers it to the Imaginary Space.
Hint: Use fast attacks in the Imaginary Space to crush the hit shields of imaginary gears and destroy all of them to escape the space. - Temporal Shadow: Husk - Nihilius summons the Imaginary Force Field when the battle starts and transfers it to the Imaginary Space.
Hint: In the Imaginary Space, every move of the Temporal Shadow is exactly the opposite of Husk - Nihilius. Use fast attacks to crush the Temporal Shadow's hit shield and disable it to escape the space. - IMG-Taint: All attacks from Husk - Nihilius build up IMG-Taint on hit and render the target IMG-Tainted when it maxes. The debuff halts the target's HP/SP regen and slows her down.
- Imaginary Surge: At low HP, Husk - Nihilius moves to the center of the field and enters Imaginary Surge status lasting 18s, during which its attacks cannot be interrupted and it unleashes Temporal Strikes continuously but takes significantly more Total DMG.
- Blade of Judgment: Husk - Nihilius hurls the sword up, charges strength, and thrusts the sword into the ground to create a massive explosion. This move is performed after all gears are destroyed in the Imaginary Space, and will be repeated after every 4 other moves.
