Customer Support Features

1. Search: Search your records of Crystal, Supply drop, item, and others' changes from the last 30 days.
2. Event Questions: Search for the answer to event rules.
3. Game Questions: Search for the answers to gameplay and APK.
4. Account Questions: Search for the answers to logging in, such as forgetting the password.
5. Top-up Questions: Search for the answers to topping up, such as top-up not received.
6. Report a Problem: If you encounter bugs in-game or have other suggestions, please submit them here. All your feedback will be read and responded by our customer support.
7. Tap [+] at the left of Chat window to use the following functions:
