Sensei Rep is an item in Honkai Impact 3rd. It is an accumulating number that shows how well you've helped other Captains you have been the Sensei for.
There is a Sensei Career that is progressed by collecting Sensei Rep, there are eight levels with various permanent rewards. Each level will require more Sensei Rep to reach. Additionally, Sensei Rep is tabulated over a six-month period and the top 100 Sensei, based on total Sensei Rep earned, will appear on a leaderboard. The leaderboard resets on May 1st and November 1st. There are no rewards associated with the leaderboard, however.
