War Treasury

In Version 2.2.3, the fabled War Treasury appeared! Not only can Captains acquire 
Knight Moonbeam Fragments and 
Lightning Empress Fragments (which increase in cost after each purchase), but also a variety of other fragments, items, and weapons! The shop is unlocked at Captain Level 38 alongside Memorial Arena.
The currencies used in the War Treasury are 
Ancient Willpowers, which can be purchased in the War Treasury and be obtained from Memorial Arena and Weekly Quiz, and 
Ancient Legacy, which can be obtained normally from the Abyss and Memorial Arena once Captain Lv. 70 is reached.

Molotov Cherry Fragments were introduced, with the weekly purchase limit being set to 9 for the version. - In Version 3.0,
Blood Rose Fragment, 
Phoenix Fragments, and 
Sixth Serenade Souls were introduced, Knight Moonbeam Fragments and Lightning Empress Fragments weekly purchases were increased from 5 to 6, price increase was changed (up to 18 instead of 20) and 
Yae Sakura Cask weekly purchases were increased from 3 to 8.
