When Petals Flutter begins! During the event, complete 4 out of 5 event missions to get  Herrscher of Human: Ego Character Card!

Details

1. During the event, complete the missions on the When Petals Flutter panel to earn  Gleaming Magatama and build up mission progress. Each  Gleaming Magatama contributes 25% mission progress. When the progress reaches 100%,  Herrscher of Human: Ego Character Card can be claimed (auto-converts to its Fragments if you already own it).
2. Complete any 4 out of 5 event missions. The 5 event missions are as follows:
   1. During the event, log in once.
   2. Clear Honkai: A Fool's Hand Story Chapter 3. This event will begin after the v7.9 update.
   3. Clear Part 2 Main Story Chapter VI. This event will begin at 10:00, DEC 9.
   4. Clear Snazzy Cards Club Story Chapter 3. This event will begin at 10:00, DEC 16.
   5. Clear any 9 stages of Powered Duo. This event will begin at 10:00, DEC 26.
3. The dates and required levels to unlock missions are the same as the corresponding events' dates and required levels. Please check the event announcements for more details.
