Alina Rand was the fifth Supreme Guardian of Belobog.
Profile
Alina was known as a kind and benevolent leader. She abolished the Belobogian dignitaries who had been abusing their powers, and jump-started developmental progress after a period of stagnation.[1]

- Alina, the NPC in Boulder Town, may be named after Alina Rand.
- According to rumor, the limited-edition Beacon model automobile in the History and Culture Museum was part of Alina's personal collection.[2]
