I've heard too many jokes and brewed them into fine wine. Tragic love songs taste bitter, while the death of planets is heavy. Jokes about politicians are always spicy, children's games often refreshing. But no Fool stays in the tavern forever, and I, too, must choose to journey far.
So let me dedicate this cocktail to all of you, a joke that's uniquely mine. It will be passed from mouth to ear tonight before everyone savors its mellow aroma that lingers through this long story, and forgets it once they sober up. The whispers that erupted when the Eagle Ring was obliterated, the actor painting a portrait for the wandering youth, the deafening cheers when the Wrath King died, the flamboyant young man clinking glasses with an old friend.
As for the final drink, I'll leave it to you, beautiful moon, as a farewell to the "World's End."
