Dromas Caravan can be prevented from spawning in "Eternal Holy City" Okhema due to Missions that make use of the area, such as with Adventure Mission Heartbroken Dromas.[any others?] Clearing these Missions will allow Iason and the Dromas Caravan to spawn again.
