Eerie Building Block is a Mission Item obtained by completing Dream Ticker puzzles.
The blocks were actually made by Kirk, an Intellitron toy seller, from exceptionally intense emotion fragments that can help people evoke their suppressed desires. The effect itself is more evident on Dreamscape creations like the Dream Tickers.[1]
They can be returned to the Dream Ticker Supervisor to unlock a Precious Treasure.
