We're about to arrive at Penacony, the Planet of Festivities! This once-in-an-Amber Era event, Charmony Festival, is near at hand. Many organizations throughout the cosmos have been invited to attend, and the messenger from the Garden of Recollection is one of the honored guests too.

The Memokeepers from the Garden of Recollection
Based on what Pom-Pom knows, Memokeepers from the Garden of Recollection believe reality and imagination to be a myth. Even stars die and black holes evaporate. On a cosmic scale, they vanish in a breath. In this flood of time and life, the only treasure is the memory that proves the existence of people.
Memokeepers from the Garden of Recollection are dedicated to preserving and sharing memories. Enlightened by their master Fuli, Memokeepers shed their mortal flesh and live on as memetic entities. With this unique gift, they can freely traverse between worlds, unconstrained by physical limits.
Master of the Garden of Recollection: Fuli the Remembrance
Time — the hardest working thief in the world. It keeps stealing away our present from us, and tossing it away in a warehouse named Memory. Some are addicted to recuperating their losses... Others care not in the slightest.

— They sit in the center of the sanctuary, silently watching as the world tirelessly repeats the same mistakes over and again. It is said that, after all returns to the silence at the end, Fuli will use the memory of the universe as a blueprint to reanimate all the worlds once again.
Who's the Memokeeper Pom-Pom will be introducing?
Now that the Trailblazers are here to join the festival, you need to get to know some of the "esteemed guests" similarly invited here. Pom-Pom will now kindly introduce you to a Memokeeper from the Garden of Recollection, whom you might meet.
She always wears a gentle and indolent smile, and patiently listens to others' memories — Indeed, she is Miss Black Swan. As a fortune teller, Pom-Pom heard that the cards dancing between her fingers are nothing to scoff at. Apparently, they're all memories she had heard from others!
