and now "Styxia" is haunted by ghosts and monsters.
This nation of the dead has slowly faded into oblivion over the years.
Dragonbone City "Styxia", The Fallen Nation of Departed Souls
Ruined Ancient City
only death echoes here now.
"Styxia" was originally a coastal city, but long ago, the River of Souls did not flow beneath its bridge, and its inhabitants were not the undead.
Phagousa was once the Titan worshipped in this land. They ruled over seas
and storms, and was the master of honey brew and feasts. They were tasked
with cleansing the world of impurities, washing away bodily filth and healing
spiritual wounds. They were also the God of revelry, bringing dance, song, and
laughter.
Traces of War Fortifications
Tattered war banners, broken arrows, and crude fortifications... It seems a fierce battle took place here long ago.
Gossamer-Robed Withered Branch
The ethereal glow on the butterflies' wings is the very essence of the deceased, as if draped in the cloak of death itself. They flutter and dance in the land of death, making the journey to the nether realm anything but lonely.
Ancient City Market
erasing all traces of life's existence.
Cities always thrive because of commerce. Perhaps long ago, this place was bustling with life, clamorous and prosperous.
The market of the past is no more. When disaster struck, this ghostly purple river must have been the last reflection in the eyes of the dying.
Blacksmith Shop
After ages of silence, the flames can no longer bring warmth to drive away the bitter cold.
Royal Palace Ruins
leaving only moss flowers on the dragon's remains.
The remains of a dragon pierce through the elegant courtyard, where everything lies in slumber. In hidden corners, a certain someone's space-time remains buried here.
The Withered Garden Eulogistic Butterfly
All flames will eventually die, all flowers will wilt, only Thanatos's messenger remains here to deliver eulogies.
Treasure Vault Secret Passage
and the royal lineage ended here.
The royal treasury of "Styxia" was once a place of grandeur, but now it lies plundered and desolate.
Ransacked Treasury
The empty shelves once displayed a dazzling array of treasures, but those plunderers probably never thought about "returning" them.
Twin Moon Spire
illuminate all unresolved destinies.
The towers of "Styxia" stand on crumbling walls. Here, a dragon ran aground and became bleached bones
The moonlight cascades down, like white silk draping over the ruins.
