Pom-Pom's third Xianzhou guide is here! While journeying through Xianzhou to take in the scenary [sic] and enjoy the delicious food, Trailblazers must have encountered the many starskiffs that crisscross the sky and act as Xianzhou's main mode of transportation. Let Pom-Pom tell you more about them!
GROWING STARSKIFFS
HOW TO GROW A STARSKIFF?
Trailblazers probably don't realize the fun fact that starskiffs are actually grown in incubators! If you want to obtain a starskiff, you must first have a starskiff seed, then use a production device called a culture medium injector and a cultivation cabin to grow it!
Those square objects that come and go in Stargazer Navalia are incubators. Of course, the growth of starskiffs is not always smooth sailing. There are always some seeds that yearn for freedom and want to get rid of jade abacus's control of genetic information. This kind of incubator can be treated as root carving work. Let's just call it "Life in Full Bloom".
THE GROWTH PROCESS
WHAT'S THE PROCESS OF GROWING A STARSKIFF?
A good starskiff will undergo four phases during its growth — The germination, embryonic, nutritive, and forming phases.

During the germination phase, a starskiff seed would contain metallic materials, biological materials, and a jade abacus that carries genetic information. The genetic information will ensure the seed forms a visually appealing starskiff.

During the embryonic phase, the starskiff is more like a bird's nest that gently lifts the starskiff seed and waits for it to hatch. If the Trailblazer desperately needs a vehicle, starskiffs in this phase can move around after being fixed with jade wheels. That is, provided you are not discovered by the Stargazer Navalia workers or the Sky-Faring Commission!

During the nutritive phase, the starskiff would have developed a hull, a keel, and even a canopy. Though they now possess a nascent form, these starskiffs can't fly just yet. Starskiffs in this phase appear more weathered than mature starskiffs, and are particularly suited for writers who enjoy sitting on a skiff while drinking to the moon.

Starskiffs during the forming phase can be anchored at Stargazer Navalia's docks after being assembled, awaiting a journey toward the future. They may be eventually scrapped due to traffic accidents such as drunk diving, tailgating, or road rage — Pom-Pom can't help but feel apprehensive about their unknown destiny.
Pom-Pom would like to remind you that there are many paths to take, but safety should always come first! An accident with a starskiff will reduce your close ones to tears!
USAGE
WHAT CAN STARSKIFFS DO?
Transportation between delves on the Xianzhou greatly relies on starskiffs, and the Sky-Faring Commission controls and manages all these vehicles. There are currently seven known merchant guilds affil-liated with the Luofu's Sky-Faring Commission. They are involved in different kinds of businesses, and their starskiffs carry different kinds of goods.
The Whistling Flames guild, which the Trailblazer should be well acquainted with, often manages the import and export of manufactured goods. Other guilds would ship cultural products such as art pieces and publications, or various weaponry and military equipment. There are also guilds specifically responsible for transporting medical equipment and medication, or the import of various specialty products into the Luofu. Apart from them, there are also specific transport routes for agriculture produce, chemical raw materials, and materials for the textile industry.
Of course, there is also plenty of transport related to starskiffs, works that alter the appearance or design of starskiffs, and other after-sales services.
