A famous spot in the Administrative District, built by Goliards the Architect.
Goliards lived in the same era as Alisa Rand. She was an architect and was also gifted in the arts of music and film. She was the first producer of the theater and had a famous quote:
"If the world was forged in cold silver, it shall be challenged by the molten gold known as music."
While she was producer, the theater strictly adhered to the "fine operas". After the death of Goliards, her successors made reforms according to popular demands. Today, the theater has become a place for both fine arts and earthly enjoyments.
