Overview

Prior to the black tide, Loukas was a city-state located in the northern region of Amphoreus. The city was governed by the Usurper and was known for its prison.

History

In Year 3687 of the Light Calendar, Loukas formed an alliance with Icaria and Corinth to siege Okhema.^[1] During the reign of the Usurper, Hirendou, the first of the Three Hundred Rogues of Dolos, infiltrated the city and freed thousands of prisoners before being captured. He was sentenced to beheading, but on the execution day, unbeknownst to everyone, he changed places with the Usurper, causing him to be beheaded instead.^[2] Sometime after, the city was engulfed in flames.^[3]
