Manuscript of Delirium is a Mission Item obtained by talking to an Anxious Woman at the Divination Commission. The player must first interact with Yuluo after talking to her during Todd Riordan's Academic Research: Glimpsing the Verdant Apothecary's Pouch.
Returning all three manuscripts to Yuluo rewards the player with 
Strale ×20 and 
Praise of High Morals ×1.

Anxious Woman- Anxious Woman: How could this happen... Could it be that all those rumors about the Manuscript of Delirium are true?
What's going on here?- Anxious Woman: It's you! I've seen you at the Alchemy Commission, and you seem to be close with the Dragon Lady. Please help me! Something seems off about this man...
- Anxious Woman: And don't touch that book! I think he was knocked out by the curse of that forbidden book! Please be careful!
- Don't worry. I'm here to retrieve this forbidden book.
- Anxious Woman: Retrieve the Manuscript of Delirium? But this book is really cursed! You can't be too careful about it!

- Despite the excruciating pain that you endure, you manage to catch a glimpse of yourself in the car window's reflection. You see the face of a lifeless teenager in school uniform staring back at you. As surreal as it may seem, you know with "certainty" that it is your reflection...

- Fortunately, by pure chance, the book falls from your hand and closes. At that moment, the discomfort immediately dissipates. It takes you a few moments to regain your composure.
