To our most cherished friends across the cosmos, the people of Astropolis:

Good morning.

Today, we welcome the dawn of a new Amber Era, the 2158th Amber Era. As we reflect on the era behind us, we have many achievements for which we owe gratitude to the Amber Lord. Most of us have received more education than our parents and grandparents, enjoy longer lives, and have access to a wider array of planets to call home. Some claim that a new era heralds new perils. I beg to differ. In this cosmos, there is nothing but new hope, and old perils clad in new guises. Eternal perils.

Let us not forget: the Amber Lord does not rid us of danger. THEIR blessing lies in protecting us from it. We dedicate all to the Amber Lord, yet we preserve in our hearts the aspirations for the future. The Interastral Peace Entertainment we have cultivated with every fiber of our being is the manifestation of that aspiration. Do not deem yourselves obsolete. Do not relegate certain sentiments to the past. New forms of expression and new hopes are our very weapons against enduring perils. For new hope to flourish, we need more and finer works of creation, conveying ever purer emotions. Only when hearts are truly interwoven will the Amber Lord's grace not be squandered.

Our incentives remain steadfast. Cloudpeak opens its doors to all who harbor dreams. Interastral Peace Entertainment preserves the very soul of the IPC, a noble calling that deserves the full commitment of every one of us.
