Profile
Rangan is an agent of the Ten-Lords Commission who works among the Borisin. He is either a Borisin that was converted by the Ten-Lords Commission, or a Foxian who has Borisin-like features.
He was tasked by the Ten-Lords Commission to attack the the clan of Wingweaver Xili's clan with his own Borisin fleet. This resulted in the capture of Xili and her subsequent interrogation by the Ten-Lords Commission. This was all to enact a plot by the Ten-Lord Commission to get Xili to enact revenge on Rangan and provoke a feud between the Borisin and Wingweavers.[1]
