Royroy is a mission-exclusive NPC on Penacony.
Profile
Royroy is the nephew of Oti Alfalfa.
At some point, Royroy proclaimed himself the Emanator of the Four-Foot Aeon, creating the Four-Foot Hall to gather likeminded Pepeshi who were discriminated due to their height. This was actually a scam so he could fleece his followers of their money, despite his ties to Oti. He sent out invitations to bring likeminded prospects into his cult, of which one was sent to a timid Pepeshi and another to Qingque.
When the Stellaron crisis on Penacony was dealt with by the Astral Express Crew, the Trailblazer decided to try a shift as a manager in the Reverie Hotel and Royroy was the first to arrive on their shift. Oti had reserved a room for him and the Trailblazer quickly serviced him into one. Another Pepeshi arrived sometime later, who was looking for him. Later on, Qingque arrived and also sought out the benefactor behind her invitation. Qingque later discovered the organization was not what it was and texted the Trailblazer for help, as they had taken her into the Dreamscape. There, they found Royroy leading a sermon. Not wanting to resort to violence, the Trailblazer quickly enlisted Argenti and Boothill to stage a rescue; the latter was also looking for thieves who had stolen his hat, which the organization had stolen.
Bursting into the cult, Royroy proclaimed that they were irredeemable and sent four Dreamjolt Troupe units to kill the intruders. They were easily dispatched of, and his followers quickly realized something was amiss. Royroy later muttered that he needed more funds to repel the invaders, which the Trailblazer called him out on. His former followers quickly turned on him and demanded a refund, but Royroy quickly fled, claiming that they wouldn't be so lucky next time.
