Star Rabbit @Lookout Cloud is a Star Rabbit in Lookout Cloud Station within Planarcadia's Glee.
It serves two purposes, an Interplanar Jump! minigame and the area's hub for the Nameless Wispae system.

Nameless Wispae- Nameless Wispae: Welcome to Star Rabbit! Star Rabbit is an ultra-challenging obstacle course sponsored by the moonlulls. You can lower the difficulty by finding other rabbits nearby, making it easier to breeze through the levels~
