The Star Rail FEST pre-development project has officially launched. As the Lead Architect, you'll be building a Star Rail-themed amusement park for the wispae in the World in Canvas.

Before the park opens each day, you'll need to select Attractions and place them on the appropriate tiles.

Once the park is open for business, wispae visitors will enter one by one and pay Arca Coins as they pass by the attractions.

Earn enough Arca Coins and raise your amusement park to the corresponding Rating to receive rewards including Stellar Jades, development materials, and more.

Wispae Amusement Park features 4 distinct themed zones, each corresponding to the three current exhibition areas of Star Rail FEST, plus Planarcadia itself.

For our first test run, let's kick things off with the Belobog Zone.

Cultural facilities are unique installations found in the Xianzhou Luofu Zone. Most of these facilities take effect either through chance-based triggers or triggering every few seconds.

Some facilities can increase the trigger chance or reduce the trigger interval of other facilities. Plan wisely to ensure that the effects of cultural facilities are triggered frequently.

Musical instruments are special facilities unique to the Penacony Zone. Most of these facilities have incredibly powerful effects, but can only be triggered a limited number of times per business day.

Certain facilities can increase the daily trigger count limit of other facilities' effects. Plan carefully to ensure musical facilities have adequate trigger counts to meet visitor demand.

Imagenae are special facilities found in the Planarcadia Zone. Most of these facilities' effects can grant Punchline.

When Punchline maxes out, the park will enter Joy Instant and immediately attract 2 visitors. During Joy Instant, all facilities will earn double Arca Coins.

The wispae hop and bounce around you, expressing their joy with a clumsy yet heartfelt sincerity. Though the amusement park's layout is remarkably simple, it has brought genuine happiness to these humble little creatures.

Agent Feld: *sob*... This is so moving. This whole scene... it reminds me of when the Star Rail FEST first opened. Fans of the Astral Express came from every corner of the galaxy, all of them scrambling to get inside. It was so lively back then!
