Stellis City

Stellis, a city that rose from the clash of civilizations. Modern tech has given it its radiant neon lights but also cast long shadows of obscurity. Lately, there has been an abnormal increase in the number of mental illness cases as well as incidents that threaten Stellis social security. Many gentle and good people of Stellis have somehow grown violent and volatile. These incidents may have been recorded, but they are often drowned out in a flood of data.

Yet someone took notice of them and compiled them for detailed analysis... Codenamed "X-NOTE", the project aims to peel away layers of obscuring data and reveal the hidden truth beneath. When all is put on the scales of the law before Lady Justice, you will be the one to weigh their crimes in the balance.

Stellis is a fictional city in which most of the events of the game takes place. It seems to be relatively modernized, with skyscrapers in the Central Business District and advanced technology being commonplace.

The national flower of Stellis is the Gladiolus, while its national bird is the Asian Paradise Flycatcher.

There are several municipal districts in Stellis City, such as Orchidshine, the Victorian District, Long Beach, Hemingway Heights, etc.

Areas

Cloudbreak Hill

Located in the Northwest of Stellis, Cloudbreak Hill is one of the municipal districts of Stellis. It is on Cloudbreak Mountain, and has a long history of almost a thousand years.

There are unique indigenous hotels and modern high-end resort hotels in the district, which cater to over 50 million tourists every year. Notably, the Cloudbreak Mountain Resort is a famous natural scenic spot, likely due to Cloudbreak Mountain’s geography.

Apart from that, Cloudbreak Hill is also home to the Cloudbreak Temple, a temple that receives many visitors who pray for wealth, safety, good grades, etc. It is a culturally protected structure and occupies an area of 12,000 square metres.

Golden Beach Industrial Zone

Also known as the Stellis Industrial Zone, this area is located in Northern Stellis. The processing industry’s dependence on the imports and exports of Stellis Harbor earned this zone the nickname of “Golden Beach”.

The industrial boom of the Golden Beach Industrial Zone can be attributed to the Stellis government, which pushed large businesses to integrate and expand pre-existing small industrial parks. Being enticed by the manufacturing boom of the Zone, many people have settled in the area.

Hemingway Heights

The location of multiple academic institutes and research laboratories, Hemingway Heights was set up in the 1970s for the purpose of promoting higher education. The district is famous for its elegance and tranquility, and its streets are mostly lined with sycamore trees.

Vyn Richter and Artem’s parents have taken residence in this district, of which Vyn and Kimberly Garner, Artem’s mother, are professors. Other notable places in Hemingway Heights include Stellis University, the Giannovyn Research Center and the NXX Headquarters.
