- You meet up with Norma at the port outpost
- Norma: It's so windy! I'd better hold onto my hat...
- (Upon reaching the railing by the Telescope)
- Norma: Careful not to drop it~
- Norma: From up here, you can see the entire Booastrum laid out below. Pretty incredible, huh?
- Norma: Take it in. This is the full view of "the city in the sky."
- Norma: That direction? That's the CCD. From here, the plaza statue looks about the size of a regular Bangboo~
- Norma: And that's Beckford Street. Amber Hall, the place you're staying, is right around there.
- Norma: You've been in Roscaelifer a while now... it doesn't feel so unfamiliar anymore, does it?
- Norma: Once the novelty wears off, you might even think this great "sky city" is just another ordinary place.
- Norma: Streets, people, little Bangboo... aside from the flying cars, it's not all that different from New Eridu, is it?
- Norma: And yet... this "ordinary place" is a miracle built by Lady Sunbringer — breathing right beneath our feet.
- Norma: Turning the sky and the clouds into somewhere people can live like it's nothing — that's the truly incredible part.
- Norma: And my work... all my reckless experiments, my clumsy attempts... they're just tiny fragments, trying to carry on even a sliver of what she started.
- Norma: Booastrum, the main island of Roscaelifer, is named after the Bangboo themselves.
- Norma: I don't really know what Lady Sunbringer hoped for when she created them... Assistants? Partners? Friends? Or maybe just a way to ease the loneliness of an empty sky.
- Norma: But if she named the whole city after them, then they must mean something important to her.
- Norma: I don't have her kind of talent. So I do it the hard way, pushing at the Bangboo's limits, figuring out what they can become — better assistants, more reliable partners, friends that can actually share the load...
- Norma: So yeah, people question me a lot. And sometimes the Bangboo end up hating me for it, too.
- Norma: But I'm still gonna do things my way. I'm still gonna push Roscaelifer's boundaries just a little further. Even if it's just a little!
- Norma: ...Maybe I should use this speech next time I apply for research funding...? Hahahaha!
