The Bus Broadcastboo advertizes for Bangboo to take driving school to operate the buses of the Nimbus Ring Line.

Talking to the Broadcastboo for the first time unlocks the Interboo post Bangboo Driving School, and also causes Experienced Driver to appear on the bus, who is necessary to complete the achievement Subjects 1, 2 & 3.
