Emergency Evacuation Point is an Encounter Hollow Event.

Dialogue

There is a small station with the Hollow Investigative Association's logo and an Emergency button on it. Activating it sends a signal to nearby investigators.

They'll hurry over to collect the Agent waiting at the transmission station, and leave behind some supplies to support the rescue effort.

You can let one Agent follow the rescue team out of the Hollow for a break.
