- Norma: If Roscaelifer ever fully opened up to the surface world, this place would probably end up a "must-see destination" on every travel app, right?
- Norma: From the buildings to the greenery, from the sculptures to the fountains, every bit of Central Park's landscape was carefully designed.

- Norma: The surface cities may be surrounded by Hollows, with land in extremely short supply, but at least some of the old natural scenery has survived.

- Norma: But at the end of the day, it's pretty much a fully man-made city. From the plants to the infrastructure, there's a strong sense of deliberate design everywhere.
