Commission Description

The girl who had bonded with the feral cats before has appeared on the street. Go talk to her.

(Idle): Scarlett: ...

(Talk to Scarlett)

Scarlett: ...Hmm, you're...

I'm a resident of this street.

(Continue commission)

Oh, nothing... I'm just passing by.

Scarlett: ...
(Exit dialogue)

Scarlett: Hmm, I vaguely remember... What can I do for you?

Scarlett: Why are you asking me? Don't tell me you're with... animal control?
I—I don't know what you're talking about! That day I was just... just taking a stroll down the street, that's all!

Scarlett: Yeah, I'm just an ordinary girl on an ordinary street taking an ordinary stroll!
And then I just bumped into you ordinarily — that's all I know!

The girl rattles off her words like a machine gun, and quickly runs off in the direction of the trash can.
(She seems to be quite wary of you... Maybe you should catch up with her and give her an explanation.)

Parker is standing there frozen, facing the direction in which the girl fled...

(Talk to Parker): Parker: *sigh* It's like we've become strangers...; Did you just see...; Have you ever seen that girl...; Parker: We used to walk home from school together...; The one who you used to hang out with before...; The one with the black hair...; Parker: She runs off without looking back whenever she sees me now... And she runs pretty fast, too. Sigh...; Oh... So you have seen her.; Looks like she's already run far away then...; Parker: How can I make up with her? I can't think of any way... I wouldn't even know what to say.; How about starting off with stray cats?; Parker: Strays? Right, because she's mad at me for scaring off the stray cats. If I have a better relationship with the strays, then naturally she won't be mad anymore!; Parker: But I have no idea where those strays are from, or where they've gone now...; They gather here at night.; Parker: Here? Right here? Okay, I get it! I'm gonna put the "Three Strategies for Getting to Know Cats" that my dad taught me to good use, and get to know these stray cats super fast!; Three Strategies for Getting to Know Cats?; Please teach me the three strategies!; Parker: Okay, I'll tell you! Think of it as intel about cats. The three strategies are secret techniques that'll get any cat to surrender to you. They are:; Parker: First: Wear cat ears — become a cat maid!
Second: Scatter canned cat food — become a cat chef!
Third: Buy a cat scratching board — become a cat scratching board!; Parker: The difficulty ranges from high to low, as does the effectiveness. Do you want to get closer to cats? Well, which strategy would you like to try? If cat ears have any special two-for-one deals going on, we can buy them together...; I'm not sure if the first plan is going to work...; The third strategy would hurt...
(Both choices lead to the following): The second strategy is just right!; Parker: Is that so? It's a shame we can't do Operation: Cat Ears... Let's adopt the second strategy and use these cans of cat food to lure in the kitties!; Parker: There are lots of cans of Golden Crown cat food at my dad's veterinary clinic. I'll go get one from him right away. How about we meet here tonight? I'll ask Scarlett to come too to witness the might of the "Three Strategies for Getting to Know Cats"!

There are gasps of surprise from nearby, seemingly coming from Scarlett and Parker.

(Wait until evening)

(Idle): Scarlett: Does it hurt?; Parker: It's okay. I'm fine.

(Talk to Scarlett): Scarlett: It's not fine. It drew blood! Let me see how deep the wound is!; Parker: Really, I'm fine. It's just a scratch...; Scarlett: Don't lie to me. Let me see! ...It's pretty deep... Let's wrap it up in my handkerchief first...; Parker: ...; What happened?; Parker: Ah, it's nothing. Just cat scratch.; Scarlett: Hmm... It wasn't like that before. It was always so gentle, however you stroked it. I don't know what happened today. It suddenly bared claws...I had no time to react, so Parker had to stick his hand out and block it for me...; Parker: You can't blame it. You suddenly touched its belly, and cats hate being touched there. If you'd touched its back it wouldn't have happened.; Parker: Last time I used my school bag to block it and you got mad. All I had was my hand this time, but at least the cat didn't get scared.; Scarlett: Parker, you! ... Oh, it's my fault!
