Frozen

Frozen is a Bangboo NPC that appears during the The Day of Brilliant Wishes event. They partake in the "Ridu's Got Boo" beauty contest with their owner, a man only known as 'Excited Citizen', but they are eliminated by Butler and Von Lycaon during the contest.

(Interaction): Excited Citizen: This day has finally come, Frozen. We've successfully signed up for Ridu's Got Boo!; Frozen:En ne-ni! (Finally! We're going to win!); Excited Citizen: Before the preliminaries start, let's review what we need to do in the match later! What do we do to maintain suppression?; Frozen: Uhn na en ni. (↓↘→P.); Excited Citizen: Great! And what about when we want to take the initiative to attack?; Frozen: En uhn na ni. (→↓↘P.); Excited Citizen:Good job! You've remembered everything. We're destined to win. No Bangboo can defeat us.; Are we now in the same tournament?

(Interaction): Excited Citizen: That butler Bangboo is so elegant... I have no qualms about being defeated. We did our best and even used our ultimate, but just couldn't win...; Excited Citizen: I've never seen that last technique before! Frozen, is that some sort of hidden technique among the Bangboo?; Frozen: En-ne... neh! (LP, LP, →LK, HP is a really terrifying move!); Excited Citizen: We were steamrolled, Frozen. Let's go back into the mountains and train after the New Year, and we will come back next year to beat everyone!; Frozen: En-ne! - ↓↘→P is the 'fireball' motion, mainly used for specials that launch out a projectile.
- →↓↘P is the 'dragon punch' motion, mainly used for anti-air attacks, like uppercuts.
