Another morning, another Inter-Knot commission. The client wants to decode some encrypted data found inside their Bangboo housekeeper.

This appears to be legacy data left behind from when this "Captain Boo" was doing career planning work while he was still on Roscaelifer.

Curiosity gets the better of you, so you hit play on the data. The first words that come through are: "Good Morning, Roscaelifer."

I heard that after he retires, he's not planning to stay in Roscaelifer, but heading to New Eridu instead...; Actorboo: Huh? But if he goes to New Eridu, won't his memory data get reformatted?; Breadboo: Reformatted? That means he won't remember anything... No way, no way! We gotta find him, fast!; Meanwhile, Captain Boo, who was about to head to the External Strategy Department for his retirement ceremony, is still sorting through the last of his belongings he wants to keep. He places all the most important items from his time in Roscaelifer into the wooden box in front of him.; The Captain brushes his hand over the wooden box lightly, lost in memories of the kids growing up, when suddenly the door behind him swings open...; Tailorboo: Captain... We heard you're retiring? And heading to New Eridu?; Captain Boo: That's right. My logic core has hit its certification deadline, so I can't work in career planning anymore.; Computingboo: But... doesn't that mean you'd have to erase your memories of this place?; Breadboo: And if you leave, how are we supposed to figure out which path we should pursue? How do we find meaning in our lives?; Captain Boo: My dear children, you've already become fully capable Bangboo in your respective fields. When it comes to your careers, there's nothing more I can guide you on...; Captain Boo: As for your journey... You'll have questions about your identity, about life.
