Grandpa Guy is an elderly man who seems to be paranoid about being monitored by the New Eridu City Administration, as well as the "impending doom of the world." He carries around a lottery ticket as a good-luck charm, which he gives to Burnice, Piper, and the Proxy in return for being rescued from the Hollow.[1]
