Hilda is an NPC located in Booastrum District. She is the head of the People's Affairs Delegation.

Hilda is the president of the People's Affairs Delegation, and stands among the Council of Representatives. Her position is heavily coveted by others, and so she only notes herself as the "current" head of the Delegation. Her goal is towards improving the quality of life for humans in Roscaelifer. Despite her extensive history of giving speeches, she still gets nervous speaking in front of crowds.
