- (Approach Jane)
- Outside the video store, a barely-conscious Jane leans against an anxious girl...
- Anxious Girl: Great, there's someone here!
What happened?
What's wrong?- Anxious Girl: I saw her stumbling around the corner back there, and then she just fell down on the side of the road.
- Anxious Girl: She can still walk on her own and doesn't seem to be injured, but she was barely conscious and couldn't answer any of my questions.
- Anxious Girl: All I could make out was her muttering the name of this store of yours, and I figured you two might know each other, so I brought her over here.
Leave her with me.
Thanks...- Anxious Girl: It's no big deal, really. See you then.
- You help a barely-conscious Jane back to the store and let her crash out on the sofa for a while...
After quite a while, Jane finally comes to.

- Jane: Right before I blacked out, I kept thinking about all those nights I walked past your store, seeing that warm glow...
- Jane: It's a comforting memory, so your store's name just slipped out.
- Jane: You don't need to look so concerned...
- Jane: I'm not used to being cared for like this... or seeing that look on your face.
Do you need to go to the hospital?- (ProtagonistProtagonist): Are you (feeling sick?feeling sick? /
hurt?hurt?) (I couldI could / Should IShould I) take you to the (hospital.hospital. / hospital?hospital?) - Jane: I've just been too tired lately. I didn't realize I was pushing myself too hard.
- Jane: I don't think the doctor can help ease my workload. Besides, compared to going to the hospital...
- Jane: Staying here for the night might just be what I need to feel better.
- Jane: If I'm still not feeling well tomorrow morning, then you can take me to the hospital.
Okay...- (ProtagonistProtagonist): (Alright... Now is not the best time for a hospital visit anyway. But if you feel worse or need anything tonight, just wake me up.Alright... Now is not the best time for a hospital visit anyway. But if you feel worse or need anything tonight, just wake me up. /
Okay... You should get some rest. If you feel worse in the night, promise me you'll wake me up, okay?Okay... You should get some rest. If you feel worse in the night, promise me you'll wake me up, okay?) - You help Jane into bed and tuck her in with a cozy blanket. She quickly falls asleep...
- As her furrowed brow relaxes and her breathing steadies, you leave the bedroom in relief.
- "Sweet dreams, Jane." With that thought, you drift into sleep, until the morning light creeps in.
- (Talk to Jane)

- Jane: (chuckles softly) Plus, your blanket smells amazing, kinda like freshly baked bread. I woke up hungry.
- Jane: I borrowed your kitchen after speaking with the other Manager.
You should rest more!- (ProtagonistProtagonist): (I forgot to fill Belle in yesterday... - Jane: Before you start lecturing, how about we have breakfast together?
- Jane: Making sure I get enough nutrients is good for recovery too, right?
That's true...- (ProtagonistProtagonist): (You always manage to have things go your way... But you're right about the nutrition thing. Let's eat breakfast. You always manage to have things go your way... But you're right about the nutrition thing. Let's eat breakfast. /
Why does it feel like you always have it your way... Ah well, you do make a good point. Breakfast it is, then! Why does it feel like you always have it your way... Ah well, you do make a good point. Breakfast it is, then!) - You have a simple breakfast with Jane... two cups of instant noodles, not the most nutritious choice. You should've known better than to take her word for it.
- You check on Jane again after breakfast, relieved to find that she doesn't need to go to the hospital.
