Little Starboo can be found next to the stage at Fantasy Resort, and is best friends with Boredboo and Spongeboo. Talking to Spongeboo with him grants the achievement Ask the Magic Conch!.

- The name of the achievement is based on the SpongeBob episode "Club SpongeBob", which features the eponymous Magic Conch.
