Master Chen is a retired artisan tailor, renowned for his talents. He worked on special weaving techniques, but didn't teach anyone how to do it. He has a granddaughter he's fond of who's a big fan of Angels of Delusion.
History
Chen is described as an old-school craftsman, and originally worked in an outfit shop in Throne Quarter. In more recent times, he very suddenly retired from his work and returned to his hometown, and due to his lack of documentation, no one could replicate the weaving techniques he knew, causing various parties to seek him out for teaching. Nangong Yu directed one such party to him, encouraging them to use his granddaughter's adoration of their idol group as a foot in the door to speak to him about his design work.
