Every citizen has the right to know about the council.; Melisande: As everyone knows, the most important decision-making body in Roscaelifer is the Council of Representatives, beneath which sit smaller councils like the
Interpellation and the Daily Council.; Melisande: If the Council of Representatives steers the ship, then the other small councils are the ones patching it up and keeping it running.; Melisande: What a coincidence.
